We want you to absolutely love your Mysha order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help:

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original packaging.

  • To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Exchanges:

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives broken, faulty, or not as described, contact us, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds & Cancellations — Hassle-Free Support

We’re here to make your experience seamless from start to finish. Here's what you need to know:

Refunds:

  • If approved, refunds can be processed to your original payment method or as store credit — whichever you prefer.

  • We’ll initiate the refund once we’ve received and inspected the returned product.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Cancellations:

  • Changed your mind? No worries — you can cancel your order before 12:00 PM (noon) the next day, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

  • To cancel, simply email us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
