Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original packaging.

To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives broken, faulty, or not as described, contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds & Cancellations — Hassle-Free Support

Refunds:

If approved, refunds can be processed to your original payment method or as store credit — whichever you prefer.

We’ll initiate the refund once we’ve received and inspected the returned product.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cancellations:

Changed your mind? No worries — you can cancel your order before 12:00 PM (noon) the next day, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

To cancel, simply email us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
