Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns
- Accepted only for unused products in their original packaging.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to start a return.
Exchanges
- Offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Initiated once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Cancellations
- Cancel before 12:00 PM (noon) the next day.
- Possible as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.
